Edward V. Lopez

Edward Lopez is a management consultant with the Synovate Customer Experience practice in the U.S. Synovate Customer Experience is a specialty research and consulting practice of Synovate, the global market research firm. The Practice is focused exclusively on helping companies improve business results through customer experience and loyalty metrics, analyses, and fact-based organizational change.

Edward has over ten years of experience in strategic marketing and market research while serving several Fortune 500 companies. In the Synovate consulting practice, he serves global clients through the design and delivery of customer experience management projects; including balanced scorecards, service process blueprinting and strategic planning. As an account group manager, he plays a vital role in project management, customer research analysis and synthesis, strategy development and implementation, and workshop planning and facilitation. He also assists in customer experience measurement and modeling projects.

Previously, Edward was a Vice President in the Bank of America Asset Management Group. On the marketing team for The Private Bank, he directed brand awareness, client communications and multicultural marketing initiatives. Edward has also worked as an independent marketing consultant, and his client list includes Wells Fargo Private Wealth Management in San Francisco and CM Solutions in Phoenix.

Edward holds both an M.B.A. in Services Marketing & Management and a B.S. in Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Edward was recognized by the W.P. Carey Marketing Department with the Edward M. Carson Outstanding MBA Student Award and the Sun Devil Marketing Alumni Award.

While completing his MBA, Edward was active in the ASU Graduate and Professional Student Association, where he was elected Assembly President Pro Tem and recognized as Assembly Representative of the Year. He also held key leadership positions in Toastmasters International, the Masters Consulting Group and the Association for Services Marketing International (AFSMI).

An avid public speaker, Edward has won speaking competitions in Charlotte, San Francisco and Phoenix, and has emceed conferences and events across the nation.

A native of Arizona, Edward enjoys running, spending time with his family and playing tennis, softball and golf. Edward and his wife, Hollie, have three sons and reside in Scottsdale, Arizona.
